The Express Boardroom only holds 15 people at a time as well. In order to move to the top of the Express Boardroom and receive a $10,000 commission check you just need to do the same thing as you did in the Traveler Boardroom except that you must assist two of the people you recruited in advancing to the Express Boardroom. You can then repeat the process over and over again.
